David has been Team Rector since 1990. His previous post was in Normanton, a mining town in West Yorkshire, where he was vicar for 9 years. He is married to Claire, a practice nurse, and they have two children - Naomi and Jonathan.

Nick has a passion for 'healthy church', for seeking new expressions of mission and for leading the people of God into personal wholeness and discipleship. He is married to Rachel and they have a son, Oliver (born 2002), and daughter Sophie (born 2005).

Nick is due to join us at the end of June 2008 for a three year curacy. Nick comes to us from Ridley Hall in Cambridge and brings with him his wife, Jo and daughter Hannah.

Christine has been Parish Administrator since 2002. She is responsible for the day to day running of the Parish Office, and acts as PA to David Hughes.

Sian was appointed in October 2004. She has worked in education for several years, most recently as a member of the support staff at Didsbury C of E Primary School. She has three children - Alice, Ed and Charlie

Chris joined the staff in January 2006. He studied music at the Birmingham Conservatoire and has worked for some years as a self employed professional musician. He was previously involved in the worship ministry at St John’s Harborne in Birmingham. Chris is married to Kathryn who teaches part time and they have a young son called Toby.

Commenced in practise as an Audit clerk progressing to Audit Manager of a medium size firm of Accountants. Moved into Industry where I worked for 31 years covering amongst others the role of Company Secretary, Commercial Manager, Depot General Manager, and European Customs Manager mainly employed by Public Companies. I then set up my own Customs Consultancy, which traded for two years to the 31st July 2007 when I retired from full time employment.
