Clusters & Congregations

We aim to:

• Develop a variety of clusters where the component small groups share a common purpose and mission.

• Encourage in each cluster the creative expression of the ‘up’, ‘in’ & ‘out’ dynamics of the Church’s Mission Statement in ways that cannot be achieved in a small group or a larger congregation.

• Create vibrant yet distinctive congregations where all can gather together for celebration.

• Encourage in our core groups a partnership between clergy and laity to discern and develop the direction for each congregation.
