Theology Programme
A new theological education programme started up last Autumn right here in Didsbury.
From the autumn of 2010 we began providing first class theological education, ministry training and spiritual formation to the people of Manchester and beyond via the New Wine Training Partnership (NWTP).
The NWTP provides a range of university validated courses, but at the heart of the formation process is a unique blend of worship and prayer ministry. The NWTP links local churches with first class teaching resources using 21st technology. The Manchester Hub was established at St James and Emmanuel in partnership with All Saints, Marple, Ivy Manchester and St Brides, Old Trafford. Phil Rawlings, currently the Rector of St Brides, Old Trafford is the Course Director for the North West Hub.
New students are already enrolling for 2011/12. To find out more about the types of courses that are being undertaken, check out the NWTP website or download a Prospectus.
